Former Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein is set to return to court for his third trial in New York, facing multiple allegations of sexual assault and rape. At the 2025 retrial, charges related to Miriam Haley were upheld, but a mistrial was declared for the charge involving Jessica Mann. The upcoming proceedings will mark the third trial for Mann’s accusations against Weinstein. The former producer continues to contest the Los Angeles verdict and plans to appeal the New York conviction, which could potentially result in an additional 25 years of imprisonment.
