Former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made a surprise visit to the set of the CBC comedy “Son of a Critch” with his youngest son, who shares his father’s enthusiasm for the show. The 12-year-old Hadrien Trudeau will make a cameo in Season 5, appearing as an extra in a school scene where classmates discover their roles in a play.

Hadrien even impressed actor Malcolm McDowell, who plays Pops, with his knowledge of the character’s teacup description.
Trudeau expressed his gratitude on Instagram, praising the show as a true representation of Canadian culture. British actor Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, who portrays a young Mark Critch, revealed that Hadrien engaged in discussions about acting decisions, blocking, and background tips during their chat.
