Félix Auger-Aliassime secures ATP Finals spot

Featured in:

Canada’s Félix Auger-Aliassime secures a spot in the ATP Finals after the outcome of the Hellenic Championship tennis final. Novak Djokovic clinched a victory over Lorenzo Musetti, earning his 101st ATP title and 72nd on hard courts. Despite his win, Djokovic withdrew from the ATP Finals due to a shoulder injury. Musetti, who needed a win to qualify over Auger-Aliassime, will now take Djokovic’s place in the tournament. The ATP Finals are scheduled to take place from Sunday until November 16, featuring players like Carlos Alcaraz from Spain, Jannik Sinner from Italy, Taylor Fritz and Ben Shelton from the United States, Alex de Minaur from Australia, and Alexander Zverev from Germany. Auger-Aliassime is set to compete against Sinner in the opening match of the group stage on Monday, following their recent encounter in the Paris Open final where Sinner emerged victorious.
